Backgrounds will cost extra in terms of complexity otherwise they will be white if one is not wanted

MechaYou can double check anything with me if you're unsure!PAYMENTS & REFUNDSCommissions are to be paid upfront. Full refunds are only proceeded before the start of the commission. Refunds requested after the sketch and at the process check-in 1 will be 50%. Any further stages are not refundable (or the cases are to be discussed individually depending on circumstances). If for personal reasons I am no longer able to finish the commission I will refund for the work that has not been completed.REVISIONS
Each customer gets to do 3 commission revisions per stage of the process (corrections above this number will be paid).DEADLINES AND DELIVERYCommissions will be delivered 1-2 months depending on complexity. If I am delayed for any reason I will communicate effectively. I work a full time job (40 hours a week) outside of this so I can only answer queries once I have finished my work day. If you are on a deadline then I can accommodate but an additional fee will apply. You will receive a watermarked and none watermarked version of your piece. If the piece needs to fit certain canvas dimensions please let me know. The customer has a right to request an update at any point.USE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTSAll commissioned artworks are for personal use only. You can NOT use the commissioned artwork for NFT's projects or AI training. Do not post the commission artwork on other platforms without credit. I will retain copyright for each piece produced for clients and the right to post unless it's your wish for your work to be kept private. You may use the commission in any way so long as it is not being used in a monetary fashion and or commerciallyCOMMUNICATION
